Accepting these terms

By using the Lynvato site or opening an account on it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept any clause here, please do not use the service.

Who may use the platform

The service is open to those over eighteen with full legal capacity, not resident in a jurisdiction where providing it is prohibited. Verifying that your use is lawful under your own national rules rests with you.

What the service is, and is not

Lynvato provides analysis, execution and risk-management tools. We are not an investment adviser, we give no personal recommendations, and we do not manage your portfolio on your behalf. Every decision you take is yours alone and at your own risk.

Acknowledging the risk

Trading digital assets and contracts for difference carries a high risk and can result in the total loss of your capital. Past performance does not indicate future results, and results shown on this site are not a promise of any return.

Account holder responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you supply, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us at once if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Fees and costs

An execution commission and a spread apply, both varying by instrument, and the full cost schedule appears in the dashboard before you confirm any order. Intermediaries may add charges of their own that are outside our control.

Prohibited use

The platform may not be used for money laundering or financing unlawful activity, for market manipulation, for attempting unauthorised access to systems, for automated data extraction, or for impersonating another person.

Intellectual property

Every element of the platform — software, design, text and brand — is owned by or licensed to Lynvato. None of it may be copied, republished or used to derive other works without prior written permission.

Limits of liability

We accept no liability for losses arising from trading decisions, for service interruptions outside our control, or for the acts of third parties. In all cases our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account on breach of these terms, on suspicion of fraudulent activity, or on a regulatory requirement. You may close your account whenever you wish, once open positions are settled.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms as the service or regulatory requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the platform after an amendment takes effect counts as acceptance of it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law in force at the company's place of incorporation, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence. For any question, write to the company address shown in the footer of this page.
